Free On-Site Estimate
A project manager visits your property, takes precise measurements, evaluates the site conditions, and discusses your design preferences in detail.
Design & Proposal
We create a custom design plan tailored to your space. You'll have a clear picture of your finished deck before any work begins.
Contract & Deposit
Once you approve the design and pricing, we sign a detailed contract and collect the initial deposit (typically 30%). Scheduling begins immediately.
Permits & HOA
We handle all permit applications, HOA documentation, and scheduling of required inspections. This typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on your jurisdiction.
The Build
Our licensed crew arrives and builds your deck with precision. Daily site cleanup, regular progress updates, and strict quality checks throughout.
Final Walkthrough & Handoff
We walk through every inch with you. Any touch-ups are completed on the spot. Final payment is collected only after your full satisfaction.

Navigating permits and HOA approvals can feel overwhelming. We make it simple.
HOA Approval
If your community has an HOA, approval may be required before we can begin. We provide a complete HOA submission package including design drawings, material specs, and color swatches. Most HOA decisions take 2–4 weeks. We've worked with hundreds of HOAs and know what gets approved.
Building Permits
Most decks over 200 sq ft require a building permit. We pull the permit, coordinate with the city, and schedule all required inspections. Permit costs are factored into your quote — no surprise fees.
