Design & Proposal
We create a custom design plan tailored to your space. You'll have a clear picture of your finished deck before any work begins.

Contract & Deposit
Once you approve the design and pricing, we sign a detailed contract and collect a 50% down payment, which covers your materials. Scheduling begins immediately.

We handle all permit applications and schedule every required inspection. If you have an HOA, we prepare a complete submission package for you to send in. Permits typically take 2–8 weeks depending on your city, and HOA review, if required, usually takes 2–4 weeks.

The Build
Our licensed crew arrives and builds your deck with precision. Most decks take 3–7 business days on site; larger or more complex projects take 2–3 weeks. Daily cleanup and progress updates throughout.

We prepare the drawings, pull the permit, talk to the city, and schedule every inspection. For HOAs, we put together the full submission package, so all you do is send it in. Permit costs are already in your quote.
HOA Approval
If your community has an HOA, approval may be required before we can begin. We prepare everything your HOA asks for — design drawings, material specs, and color swatches — in a ready-to-submit package. You submit it to your HOA, and we're happy to answer any questions the board has. Most HOA decisions take 2–4 weeks.
Building Permits
Most decks over 200 sq ft require a building permit. Turnaround runs 2–8 weeks depending on your city. We pull the permit, coordinate with the city, and schedule all required inspections. Permit costs are factored into your quote — no surprise fees.
